How do you use preseed?!?!

How did you use pre see? I need help understanding how to do it

The only way to become pregnant, or even have a chance of becoming pregnant with the help of Presseed, is to :
1. Read and follow the instructions. Don't do what you think it's right. Do what the instructions tell u to do. 
2. You simply MUST track your cycles. First you need to know ur fertile window, then u need to know around when ur actually ovulating. Take ovulation tests.. 
I actually think it's best if  u have sex on all 5-7 days that u are fertile, including the last day. 
Wanna be 100% sure ... have sex every other day for the whole month.  That insures that there is always fresh sperm already waiting at the meeting point for the egg to drop and get fertilized. That's because sperm can live up to 4 days in ur body. .always having fresh sperm inside there,  pretty much guarantees that u get pregnant..unless u have PCOS..have u both been cleared to conceive? It's recommend that before u actually actively ttc, u should both see a doctor and make sure ur both ABLE to conceive...
Just a few things to think about. .

The directions in the box make it clear. However it's not going to make you get pregnant if you aren't ovulating so track that and then use preseed as the instructions tell you
