I'm 36+5 and I'm 60% effaced, and 2cms dilated!
The ob/gyn also said the baby is between station 0 and +1.... Howevvveerrr my husband has just left for work (hes a pilot and he'll be gone for 3 days..)
I know thinning & effacment is and also isn't an indicator of labor coming on but I think I should take it easy these few days coming up..
