Spotting before ovulation
Hey ladies,
Full disclosure: i do not have a regular menstural cycle. I have had a period every 30 or so days since March of this year. I believe this is due to decreased stress, and a more balanced diet. In the last two months i spot (sometimes heavily) just before ovulation. I have not been to the doctor because i want to have more recorded before i have a formal sit down.
Does this happen to anyone else?
