So I went to the dentist finally after so long today and it was going fine until the dental assistant said I have tartar build up on a couple teeth of mine and there is already damage to my bone and that I need to act fast and I need a deep cleaning. He was really nice but the dentist was very rude. She made me feel so horrible about the whole situation she looked at me in disgusting way as well which made me feel 10xs horrible for causing damage to my teeth. She also pointed out that I needed braces over and over again. I know I need braces but at the moment I can't afford them and I kept telling her that I couldn't even afford a payment plan. She seriously made me so sad and depressed not only because of how damaged some of my teeth are but I know my teeth are ugly and not straight but hearing a professional just picking at the thing that makes me self conscious just felt horrible. Anyone ever have periodontal disease? How did the procedure go and are your teeth back to normal 😩😩
