Not feeling my contractions

When the doctor was measuring my belly, he felt me have a contraction but I didn't feel anything! Several minutes later, he touched my belly and felt another one but I still didn't feel anything. He thought it was soo funny that he put his hands on knees and started dying lol. Does this mean I have a high pain tolerance?
