What do you think of my announcement plans?

I'm so excited and ready to spill the beans to my family. I live 5 hours away so I really only see them once or twice a year, some of them even less often. So, my mom is pulling everyone together for a bbq on the 9th. I'll be just shy of 10 weeks.

What I want to do is tell everyone one at a time lol my siblings will be there when I arrive so they'll find out first and then usually the rest of the family arrive in small groups. So I'd tell them first thing when they arrived when we hugged (we're a huggy bunch) and be able to see everyone's individual reactions 😍

I'm trying to decide if that's a totally ridiculous idea though. I am not big on talking in front of a crowd (even my family) so it's just not very *me* to announce during dessert or whatever. But a part of me thinks I'm "supposed" to wait and tell everyone at once. What do you ladies think?
