How often do you use fetal doppler if you have one?

Just curious...I know there are split opinions out there on whether it can be harmful if used too much but just curious how much people are actually using theirs because it is so tempting to use it ALL THE TIME lol! I try to limit to one a week but sometimes I sneak in one extra use!

I've only used mine about 3-4 times. Some people use it daily though.
