I've always had clear skin . I'm 34W3D with di/di twins . The past two days pimples have been popping up all around my face randomly , mostly on my chin and nose . I know it may seem weird, but does this indicate that labor may be coming soon? or has anyone had this happen to them right before they went into labor ?
