When will labor start ? 😭

I am currently 38 weeks 3 days and I just lost my mucus plug. About two days ago I was checked and my doctor told me I was 1cm dilated and 50% effaced. Did any of you notice losing your plug? If so how long did it take for labor to start after? This is my first baby btw 😊

Your plug can grow back. :/ also, FTMS typically carry for 41+1, on average. So, keep walking, having sex, and bouncing on the exercise ball!

I lost my plug then my water broke that day. It could be in a few hours or days. Depends on your body.
