How many DPO can you do a pregnancy test?

Hi guys,
I'm 6/7 DPO and every twinge in my body is driving me mad... And now this morning I am a little nauseous 😱 would it be silly to do a test now? This is only our first month TTC so I obviously realize I'm being SUPER optimistic 😂 
Any advice welcome, thanks ladies!

I got a faint positive today at 8 DPO. But. It's better to wait so you don't get your hopes up and catch a chemical. I've wasted so much money on tests testing early -_-

I would honestly wait till after period is due do there is no disappointment. I did every month and the month I decided I wasn't gona syptom spot or take test early was a month my period was late. I am now currently 15 weeks pregnant.
