39weeks birthing ball?

So ive been on a birthing ball, has anyone found these useful like started labour? I foubd that ive lost a bit of my mucus plug.. Hopefully she will be here soon x

I have one too. Useful for getting baby in a good position too, plus a lot of comfort techniques for labor. But nothing will start labor until your baby and body are ready.

I don't have one at home but the hospital provides one for laboring

I have one. It's supposed to be good for helping your hips open up. I don't think they have anything to do with inducing labor, just comfort and helping your body prep.

I started bouncing last week. When I started I lost some of my mucous plug and started dilating after I was closed shut! So I think it works lol
