3 positive tests?

I have taken 3 tests all have been positive. Shoud I buy prenatal vitamins and go to the doctor or could it be a false positive?

I've been taking prenatals for the last year TTC. Still no baby but it gets your body healthy so it's ready for baby . So taking prenatals will only help you :)
