Does the bulk of cloth diapers affect baby's hips?

We're using BumGenius AIO cloth diapers and I noticed her legs are splayed out a lot farther than with a disposable. The CDs are a heck of a lot bulkier and she doesn't have as much range of motion when they're on. Is this going to mess with her hips at all?
(The red on her belly is just an imprint from laying on me.)

It's actually better for their hips to be like that. Having thier legs straight down is what can cause hip problems in some types of carriers or if they are swaddled to tightly like that.

No idea about the hips, but I've been using newborn prefolds and a couple of thirsties covers until LO grows into those giant diapers😃

He looked super awkward in the one size ones, but the prefolds fold to size and the newborn covers are a great size.

Actually their legs like that are better than straight down especially when you carry them. Its like the rules for baby wearing 😂 but it won't hurt their hips.
