Need some help/advice feeling discouraged

Okay so af is supposed to start today (according to glow and ff) or tomorrow (according to ovia) but I am honestly not having any sign she will show. I am not having any cramping, no mood swings, nothing. I took a hpt on The 28th (at 12 or 11dpo not 100% sure of my days) got a bfn. I've been going to the bathroom what seems like all the time especially once I get really relaxed to go to bed. I had a dull cramping/pain on the left side of my pelvic area. Extremely tired. And some nausea, although this morning is probably the worst. I was absolutely heartbroken 5 see that bfn. Wondering when I should test again? Or am I out this month? Just getting very discouraged about it. ??
