Can you tell me about it? how it worked for you? pros & cons! please

I take it and the only major con is weight gain, but it's cause I don't take care of my diet much so I have to blame myself as well, over than that my experience with it has been great! I went to the obgyn and she was the sweetest we chatted and she told me she was gonna put me on the pills her daughters were on, so if a gynecologist gives it to their own children it must be good.
