Pain in my left ovary.😩

Okay, so I have a really sharp pain happening in my left ovary and it hurts really bad. Like I can barley move because it hurts so bad. It started hurting like an hour ago and I took 2 ibuprofens like 10 minutes ago. What is wrong it hurts really bad?😩
