I am about four weeks and three days far along. I went for my first visit today and yes I know it's a little early. And I got a vaginal ultrasound. My doctor did tell me that I'm very early. He didn't see anything in my ultrasounds. He sent me for some bloodwork so I'll know my results by tomorrow. I took a home pregnancy test last week and it was a big fat positive I've missed my period already and I've been having like cramps semi pregnancy symptom. I'm kind a little discouraged that he didn't see anything in the ultrasounds. Is it normal not to see anything in your first ultrasound at four weeks?. Help me out.
