Would you ask you SO to redo something because your OCD?
We purchased new bathroom furniture for our hall bathroom. Long story short he asked how we wanted the medicine cabneit to go, match to the top of the mirror or the bottom. I said maybe the bottom since your mom is shorter, but can we wait until the mirror is up so that we can see how it will look first?
He starts taking measurements and marking the walls and I said can't you wait until the mirror is up first? He said well you said to batch it up to the bottom of it! So we got in a mini argument. Anyways he put the mirror up. Then he put the medicine cabniet up and I asked him to wait until I got the level. Instead he just screwed it in place. Now it looks funky.
I asked him can you put it just a little higher so it's even it does look funny. He kept drilling and adding more screws total disregarding what I asked...
I am thankful he's doing it but if it matched I'd be super excited. But every time I look at it I just get frustrated instead. :/
I have been doing most of the house chores (vaccuming, cleaning the laminite wood floors, the bathroom, dusting, doing all the laundry, changing the bed sheets, taking out the trash, stopping at the store when he needs something), I've been working crazy overtime while he gets off early some days.
Is it to much to ask to make the stand half an inch higher, or am I being ungreatful? :(
