Anyone experience this
So, I'm 7 weeks 4 days and have had some nauseous episodes but nothing too bad. Today after I ate In N Out my stomach started to hurt, like I had to go to the bathroom. I ended up having diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I feel like it was the food I ate, anyone experience this?
