Do you stress eat?
The last couple of days I've been stress eating (which is a sure sign of pms for me) even if I'm not eating more than usual, I can tell. Does this make sense? I try to take in more water but geez. Soda and all matter of snack cake taunts me horrifically. How do you deal with pms munchies? Help a girl out 😫🙏🏻🍞🍔🍟🌮🌯🍜🌭🍕🍝🍣🍱🍛🍙🍮🎂🍫🍰🍦🍪☕️🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴
