I have these red dots all over my body. I have no idea what they are. They're painless, the don't  itch, help!

Y'all I feel like an idiot. I completely forgot this happens to me every year. Everyone(and I mean everyone) has a fungus in their hair and when you sweat, it can spread(especially people with sensitive skin like me). Not contagious at all and super easy to get rid of. I feel like a damn Idiot lol
