You look like you're really fit and have great ab muscles, so those are prob doing a really good job of holding in your uterus. Don't worry, as long as your Dr isn't concerned, you're fine. You'll pop soon. With my first you couldn't tell I was pregnant until I was 6 1/2 months.

Standing up, there hasn't been much change but when I'm lying on my back first thing in the morning there is a definite bump.
