BF and I have been together for 3 and a half months, and I love him. My mom told me I shouldn't tell him first, especially since I never said I love you to anyone. And I keep chickening out and my friends think he is too. Btw, we already had sex

Love is an amazing thing girl, there's no reason you should wait to say it, if you want to, then just do it! Be very careful tho, make sure he's not just saying it to have unprotected sex, you should ALWAYS make him wear a condom or get yourself on birth control!
