My twin pregnancy has been rather uneventful. With my singleton I bled the entire time through the whole pregnancy for no explained reason. I hear bleeding is more common in twin pregnancies but really haven't had any. I feel great and am 26 weeks 1 day. Earlier I went to the bathroom and noticed a small red tissue looking thing on my liner with pink discharge. There has been nothing in my urine or anymore than some pink on my liner. I've wiped a couple times and there's been some red. No cramps or anything. I haven't had Sex. The babies have been very active today. Is this common when babies are more active? I called once for a spot of blood a couple weeks ago and the doctor said no worries unless it got worse or continued. Just looking for thoughts.
