Breast milk leaking??

So im breast feesin through out the day and from time to time i feel my boobs squirt milk into the nursing pads. I just looked a lil while ago as i felt it happening and it literally is squirting out like a small punctured hole in a garden hose lol. Does this happen to anyone else?
