Hormonal skin treatments
I have been having really sore, spotty skin this week (waiting for my period) so I made two homemade, natural face masks.
1) baking soda, turmeric and ginger mixed with a dash of water mixed to a paste consistency and applied liberally.
2) oats mixed with water, spoonful of yogurt or milk and honey applied and left for ten minutes.
I can definitely see an improvement! :)
