Girl name spelling

So my husband and I are not finding out the gender of our little one, so that means we need a boy and girl name ready to go! We finally decided on Lowan for a girl, but are struggling with how it should be spelled. It's pronounced like Owen with an L.

I prefer it spelled with an A. I think it looks more feminine. But my husband thinks it would be mispronounced as Low-Ann instead of Low-In.
