Tight/pulling cramps today, but BFP due the 10th?

So spouse & I are TTC rainbow baby after March MC.  I always get the full 7days when AF comes to town but never with cramps.  March being the exception of course. Ovulation day according to Clear blue was the 25th.  Today after setting up tent for camping weekend, I experienced what felt like tight pulling cramps.  0.o Anyone else ever expirienced anything like this or is it normal to just have a rough month once in awhile?
