7 dpo - signs of hope, insights of potential pms
Today as a am rolling into my 7th dpo I am forced to outline the symptoms right now which include frequent urination and slight aching just above my bakini line. Since AF isn't due for another week, and this is a different type of discomfort I am puzzled. Pms symptoms for me are usually sharp and pulsating not continuous pulsing and really sharp.
Since a hot bath or show can affect fetal development I am thinking it might be good to take a Luke warm bath.
