Help?

I was scratching my vagina lips, and I think I might have scratched them. Little white bumps appeared and they hurt and itch. Now just a few days ago, I found out one of my exes has herpes. I haven't slept with him since 2014, idk how long he's had it. I've had multiple Pap smears, and blood work done, so I'm thinking they would have saw something right?? Or is my panicking good? Cause if I have it, I just wanna die.
