CM and Peak day chances!?

Mac • 27 yrs old. Married for 4 years. TTC since marriage for baby #1. Clomid 6 failed rounds. Dx with fibroids 9/2016.
5th round of clomid. 
We BD on CD 9, 10, 12, and 15.
I had a +opk on both CD 14 and 15 but my CM was Egg white consistency on CD 13-14. 
I'm not sure if I should trust my body signs or the OPKs on which day was were my most fertile!!! 
Today, I am on day 15 and I feel like my CM is egg white but watered down. I am having mild-moderate pinching cramps in my low abdomen on both sides. Does anyone think my chances are good this month??? I am kicking myself I wish we would have BD'd on CD 13 now 😩😩😩
On a weird note: does anyone else feel like their ovaries cramp up during ovulation esp after you sneeze??? I legit dread sneezing when I am in my fertile days
