Need advice! Newborn

Well I'm considering going from exclusively breastfeeding to formula. Or exclusively pumping and bottle fed. We are having major issues and I'm feeling so guilty!! My son is toungue tied, and I have flat nipples so it makes for latching very difficult and on top of that my nipples are bleeding and blistering. A feed can sometimes take an hour and a half, and then he's ready to feed again it seems an hour later. I'm exhausted and drained and I feel like I'm not getting proper bonding time because I dread each feed and then need to sleep for a few minutes I get break. Has anyone had similar issues and gone to formula or pumping with great experiences? In scared to give up too soon or to look back and think I should have pushed past it. Any advice is welcomed! Just trying to do what's best for my boy!!
