Implantation bleeding??

TMI Does implantation bleeding get heavier and redder when you "push". Like when taking a number two. I've been spotting brown and a little red for three days. When I do number 2, it gets redder and a little more. I have irregular periods, so I dont know when or if I ovulate. But I'm way late on my period and I've never spotted like this for more than a day on my period. The spotting was gone today for about 6 hours until I took a number 2 and there was brown and red blood when I wiped. Thanks for any advice and feedback. I'm just really confused.
