When I had my miscarriage it started out pinkish brown then about 3 days after it turned bright red with clots and after a week of that the fetus came out. I was 8 w 2d. The pink spotting started at 7 weeks. If I were you I wouldn't wait. Go to the ER

You need to keep an eye on it and call your doctor asap. I'm color blind and that's right on the line of I can't tell if that's red or pink but it looks pretty bright. So if it turns red or has clots go to the ER.
