Your first period after C-Section??

How was it when you had your first period?? Did you spot first then bleed? Or was it just a normal period?

Had my c section 3/17, first period showed up 6/19 (formula feeding just got lucky somehow that it waited that long) it was AWFUL. I had heavy periods pre pregnancy and this was worse. However, I had my mirena then put in on 6/21 and it made the bleeding significantly less but it hasn't stopped yet, going on almost 2 weeks with no signs of stopping 😔

I'm almost 7 weeks pp and haven't had a period yet I also only bled heavily for two weeks and spotted for two more occasionally. But no real period, I'm also breast feeding and asked my ob at my check up. She said that with breast feeding may not have a normal period if at all.
