Inverted Uterus... anyone?

So, I have had "female problems" for 12 years starting with 2 ovarian cysts and endometriosis. I never had them removed, due to birth control helping the pain (sometimes). Anyway, me and my husband have been together for about 8 years, married 3, and about 3-4 years ago, I started having a lot of pain during intercourse. Nothing changed, nothing new happened, it just felt like he was "hitting" a bone or something and it hurt bad. I saw my gyno at that time to tell her and she did confirm that my cysts are still there but that I have an inverted uterus also. I don't know how that wasn't known sooner? So I have heard that it is really really painful and hard to deliver vaginally if that is the case. I am just wondering what I have to look forward to, if anyone else has an inverted uterus that has delivered. My OB has not mentioned anything about it this whole time, but I'm 32+4 and haven't had a physical exam yet. If anyone has any info, please let me know!
