Please help! PMDD and birth control brands
I have PMDD. I can't stand feeling this way one-two weeks before menstruating anymore. I feel like I only get a week of feeling normal. I become this psycho hoes beast for 3 weeks! Basically a month of hating myself. I've never been on birth control. My symptoms are getting worse.
Does anyone know or have any recommendations of birth control that help with PMDD symptoms.
I have chronic swelling of breast
Bloating
Emotional roller foster/mood swings
I don't want a pill that gives me headaches or weight gain, ep seizable my breast since that's one of my issues.
I know I can and have talk to my Doctor/gyno but sometimes I always feel like I don't get that human care feeling, I just get "here's this, I'll sign this to prescribe this" to just get me out and move on to the next patient.
Id like real people's recommendations who are in the same boat dealing with the same symptoms as me with PMDD.
I'd rather not take antidepressants.
I'm desperate for help.
