3 days late

I had a ectopic pregnancy they ruptured back in November I had emergency surgery to remove the baby and my right tube since then my periods have been regular only late once or twice by no more then 2 days literally. Today is day 3 and still no af took a test the day of missed period and it was neg going to give it another 2 days and test again. Hopefully I have my rainbow baby fingers crossed.
