Need help

 My period ended on the 18th on June, me and mybSO have had unprotected sex(multiple times a day since) I'm 9DPO and AF isn't expected until July 10th-11th, and she's been regular for 7 months now. I've been having really bad dizzy spells, slight cramps(only on the left side), and sore breasts since 3DPO. Had some brown/ish discharge yesterday(7/3 about 2p.m) it continued throughout the day but has since then stopped. I've been really sleepy and feeling kinda off since ovulation day. . Any idea what this could be? Should I take a hpt or wait a few more days?
