Red rash

Might possibly be heat rash? I got a bunch of red bumps and a rash basically from being in the sun for like an hour or so the other day. I freaked out at first but it went away overnight. Noticed it starting again today when I had been outside for maybe a half hour? Went inside and it went away. 

That's heat rash honey. Cool down with cold water n should go within 24hrs.
