I'm out 😔💔

Had my first IUI on 21 June . Was optimistic but also secretly knew it would not work . I had all symptoms .. Sore boobs headaches etc etc .. I did every symptom spotting there is and today AF showed her face .. One day before RE had suggested I test . What did I do wrong 😔 . 3 years ttc unexplained infertility . Never pregnant . First IUI failure with clomid . 💔 I'm heartbroken . I don't know what to do . I feel so lost .
