7.5 wks.. Heating pad for lower back?

Wondering if its ok to use a heating pad on my lower back for a few minutes? Im 7.5 weeks pregnant. Hoping to help with some cramp/aches

I'd just put it on the lowest setting if it has that option and just don't keep it on that too too long. If you start to feel hot from it, instead of just warm then you should stop.
