Yes. You have many dreams every single night. Whether or not you remember what you dreamt about solely depends on whether or not you woke up mid sleep cycle or at the end of the sleep cycle. If you wake up at the end of it, you won't remember your dream. If you wake up mid sleep cycle, that's when you remember what you dreamt about.

Yup this happens to me sometimes. Sometimes I'll remember for about 5-10 minutes after waking up but then completely forget what happened.
