Lactation questions? Tmi

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I have a few questions for lactating/breastfeeding moms!

My nipples have gotten larger/longer but I'm still not lactating any is that normal. I have found a few dried spots on my boobs but I can't squeeze any milk out. When will I start lactating? Sorry if this Is tmi I'm just very curious. Will certain foods effect your lactation?

Some people don't leak but it's just colostrum you don't get your milk is Neil 2-3 days pp

It's normal for your breasts to change but you won't and shouldn't start producing milk until after you deliver it may even take a few days after delivery, but if you are having some leaking now you can get some nursing pads.

My nipples definitely got larger during pregnancy.. But I never had any lactation or leakage while pregnant. Occasionally I would notice a tiny bit of colustrum leak while in the shower. I now have a 3 week old and have no issues breastfeeding.
