Constipation is back.
I'm having a really hard time trying to use the bathroom and I don't know what to do! Fiber doesn't help. And it's causing so much gas pain in my stomach. Can anyone help me? 😞 I asked my doctor about an Enema and she said that it's fine to take one but I'm still not sure if I'd want to take one or not..
