Soooo I'm currently debating on switching from a midwife at a hospital to switching to a different midwife at a birthing center. I'm waiting to see what my insurance will cover (blue cross) but I've just been getting bad feelings about it being at a hospital. I originally wanted it at a birthing center but my husband was nervous and so I thought midwife at hospital? What could be better? Except that she might be going out of town, we went on a tour and I was more than disappointed, I was told there could be a birthing tub and that isn't the case, and I don't want to be pressured with drugs and hurrying at a hospital. The birthing center is one minute from my house and directly next to a huge hospital. I'm 36 weeks pregnant...am I crazy???
