I am in my 1st trimester and I'm experiencing some severe heartburn and acid reflux. I usually don't get this symptom until my 3rd trimester and It doesn't help much that I'm constantly throwing up, but I need some relief. I've tried drinking cold water, but it's not helping. It actually feels like it's getting worse. Any home remedies that you can suggest that I take to relief this pain and suffering??
