Af started today 😢😢😢😭😭 and my fertil days are starting on the 20 of this month I plan to start taking prenatal vitamins and pineapple juice with zinc vitamins also for my hubby he has a low sperm count..

Any one af started today and fertil predictions on the 20 if so what do you planed to do differently this month..
