I was advised I could take Claritin (just the regular kind) and Zyrtec if j was really desperate. But recommended sticking with Claritin as much as possible

Zyrtec (or Cetirizine- generic name) is great for allergies. Doctors push for that more than Allegra

I was taking Allegra and my ob said I should switch to Claritin because there have been many more studies done with Claritin then Allegra
