Spotting at 8 weeks

Hi all

I am 8 weeks pregnant with my second child. When I used the washroom today I saw a little red blood discharge and when I wiped there was again a little red blood discharge. I have no pain or cramping and now I don't see any blood. Is this a cause of concern? I am really worried. I did not experience any such thing in my first pregnancy
